Dakota has a fan club here at the shelter but we would rather YOU be her biggest fan. Lucky Dakota has been going on field trips with an amazing volunteer who had this to say about her “ I have taken Dakota to Discovery Park several times and she is excellent in the car; gentle taking treats, loves to hike, and loves the water (who would have guessed that). She is great when we walk by people and very eager to meet other dogs. I’m amazed that she is still at the shelter because she is so sweet and beautiful. She would love an owner that would be active with her. Her kennel is always clean when I take her out and she does her business right away before we get in the car. If I had to pick my favorite part about our field trips, I would say it’s when I am driving and I stretch my hand into the back seat, she puts her paw in my hand. She loves her loves and her pets. Someone is going to be so lucky”
