Odd hazy orange sky at noon
I was walking in Redmond Watershed Park and noted as the sun was starting to burn through the clouds that there was an odd golden pink glow to the light.
I captured the reflected view of the sky in some pond water. Other places in the woods, particularly on the paths, glowed with a noticeable golden hue.
I saw mention on NWHiker.net and on Cliff Mass' blogspot that others are noting this unusual sky.

I noticed the golden hue outside for several hours yesterday, and I've seen it happen before. Anything blooming red in my garden looks shockingly vibrant and it's quite surreal. Wish I knew what caused it!

Did anyone notice the string of beaded lights in the sky around 10pm that lasted for a couple of hours. They started east, towards lake washington and stretched for thousands of feet in the sky. They appeared to extend and retract very slowly.
