I always wanted to make popovers. Here they are. So easy to make. Delicious to eat. You have to serve it right the way when they are hot.
1 cup each flour and milk, 1 Tb sugar 3 eggs, tiny bit salt. rest mix overnite in refrig. oven 400, fill non stick cups 1/2, 40min. do not open the oven when baking.
