I Left Winlock this morning at 7 and was caught in 4 mile back-up because of a semi - truck and car crash blocking accident. Before arriving in Bellevue we caught in other traffic slowdowns. We left Bellevue at 1pm and experienced heavy traffic "gully washer" downpours and 3 more traffic accident slowdowns. The photos were taken in the Nisqually basin this afternoon from my moving vehicle as we we passed the last of the accidents
