Cell was East of the Olympics, and WSW of my position in Bothell. Mid afternoon this cell looked awesome.Went inside and glanced at radar, it showed briefly in the 3hr loop. I watched it for approx 20 mins and took a series of shots before it fizzled out to be a rain maker.
