About 12:05pm, Monday March 29, 2010, Puyallup received a nice bout of hail. The storm only lasted about 2 to 3 minutes, but was enough to turn the ground mostly white.
Hailstones nearly 1/2 inch across were seen, and measured by the author. Certainly not like the golf-ball sized or baseball-sized hailstones of the midwest, but large enough to raise a few eyebrows.
