Eyewitness stated that two cars appeared to be racing northbound and collided, sending one vehicle into on-coming traffic in southbound lane, resulting in a head-on collision. The driver of the southbound vehicle--who appeared to be in his correct lane--was taken from the scene on a stretcher. Life support was not visible, the victim requiring head and body restraints for apparently preventative measures.
