They are the Three Fingers I believe, though at home we have always called them the Three Sisters, but they are in Oregon. Yes it is the Cascades.

That's not the Olympics, and definitely not the Olympics if it's a sunrise photograph. That's the North Cascades. Not sure which peak, though.
