The bulk head protecting the houses from high tide has cracks and broken chunks Its almost 9:00 am and the flooding is back. When will this be fixed... Do we at Iverson Beach Get to wake up to this each high tide or will it be repaired?

Is not the power of mother nature or act of god - it is a bad design. Hire a good civil engineer. I think is local jurisdiction responsibility.

You can build up the levies all you want, man cannot stop the power of mother nature (New Orleans). Time to move to higher ground.
