I have been watching Cars, Trucks, Garbage Truck trying all morning to head up this hill. I just witnessed a School Bus full of kids trying to come DOWN! As you can see the Hill is Steep and has a sharp curve at the bottom. Not to mention plastered with ice... One day it will get sanded!
