We have two hoses joined, and there was a leak at the joint. It froze as it was leaking, encasing blades of grass in ice. From a distance it looks like icicles growing upwards, very pretty when the sun came out.

We had the same thing over at one of the Microsoft buildings where they apparently ran the sprinklers overnight. A whole lawn of grass where each individual blade was encased in ice. Quite striking!
