Not really, this trac hoe is on top of the beginning of a new breakwater jetti under construction in Padilla Bay. Anacortes wa.
During the work day they move in two barges next to the jetti and a larger trac hoe mounted on one barge offloads the other barge filled with large rocks. The smaller trac hoe then positions the rocks.
