Skokomish Valley waters recede slowly

Flood waters still present over roadways and fields. We were able to get through the waters until our driver didn't want to risk it further.
Bigger trucks were seen going through the waters over the road. Service vehicles such as mail, garbage and septic have not been able to get through for at least a week.
