On 14OCT09, at or about 5:00 PM, I had taken this picture of a rainbow with my cell phone. At the time there was only one rainbow that towered over the playground at FT NUGENT PARK in OAK HARBOR WA. After taken this picture, 2 other rainbows appeared. My 6 year old son (Albert Jr.) is in the backround.
