On the morning of the 19th around 06:13 the driver of a white Hyundai lost control of her vehicle ending up facing southbound in northbound lanes, striking a red sport motorcycle in the process. No critical injuries were apparent on scene. Immediately following the accident two seconday collisions occured. A PT Cruiser struck the downed motorcycle, then a Jeep Wrangler rear ended a full size van which was trying to avoid the debris on the interstate.

How about a minimum or 2 seconds behind the vehicle in front of you --- better yet a car length for every 10 mph --- double it if roads are wet! Vehicles are to be driven, not used as dressing rooms, make-up parlors, work areas, or breakfast tables!!

This was not a case of motorcycle vs car.....it was an accident! Motorcycle riders ususally do get the worst end of any accident. I certainly hope the motorcycle rider was okay. He/she did nothing wrong.
