Actually, Just me... Jim Jones was a communist (hardly a bastion of Christendom) and rubbed elbows with Democratic elites. Also, from what I understand, it was Flavor Aid and not Kool-Aid. Maybe you're the one who needs to get their facts straight.
The "tea party" has changed; it was about protesting wasteful Gov. spending. Now it is a group of screaming racists and haters. The initial cause of the tea party is lost.

You have a Republican Governor! Florida is just as bad if not worse. Isn't that conservative territory? This economy is Bush's mess. Remember the market crash and bank collapses; AIG, Freddy Mac, WAMU, etc. That all happened last year under G.W Bush.
