A rendering truck spilled it's load at I5 and City cetner today, Monday July 27, 2009. It was a very hot day, and the mess stunk soo bad you wanted to puke, for miles.
I give my hat off to the trooper who stood their and directed the four lanes of traffic to one lane, in the scorching hot stinky mess

We live across a country road from a slaughtering business. They bring home the guts, the rendering truck comes and gets the guts, heads, legs, etc., then they wash the barrels out and pour it out on the ground behind their house. No fine-citation.

We live across the road from one of the places where the rendering truck picks up "offult" which is blood, bones and guts, and every time the truck leaves that stuff is all over the road and to I-5 and nothing has been done.

We came on the bulk of this mess suddenly, no way to avoid it. We ran the car thru a car wash twice and still could not get the foul smelling stuff off the car's wheel wells, etc. No company name on truck. It still stinks. Want to file claim.

The most horrific situation to go thru. Took 2 hrs to go about a mile, the whole time wondering what the stink was. Thought I must have had road kill climb under my seat. Smell stuck in my memory all night. Excellent weight loss plan.

was one of the first 10 or so cars that just missed sliding into this mess...passed the truck and carnage was flying off of it...i agree..there is no way this driver couldn't know...his "load" was filling up the space between his cab and the trailor.

Okay, honestly I drove past this RIGHT after it happened going in the southbound lanes and I could smell it after I drove past Fife...that was really bad! I could not figure out what the hell was in the road! Crazy...just crazy. Smelled like hell!

RENDERER COMPANY SHOULD PROVIDE ALL COMMUTERS A FREE CAR WASH DETAIL.. SMELLS SUPER AWFUL AND IT'S REALLY HARD TO GET RID OF IT.. THERE'S NO WAY THIS TRUCK DRIVER DID NOT KNOW WHEN HE LOST ITS LOAD.. I WAS DRIVING NOT TOO FAR BEHIND HIM IDIOT...
