A baby seal hangs out on the swim platform of a boat in the Riviera Marina on Anderson Island, WA. He thinks that the boat is his mother. He is perfectly content as people watch from the dock. The owner of the boat tells people to not touch the seal. The seal has been making a home of it over the last week.
