Rainbow around the sun?

Sitting outside enjoying beautiful Sunday afternoon in Maple Valley, noticed a strange Rainbow formation.
A rainbow circled around the sun. We have never seen this before, what is it? What causes it?

It's caused by contrail / chemtrail vapors. It is a daily event in the skys above Shoreline.
