KOMO police scanner broadcasting the apprehension of a suspected strong arm robbery suspect on 4/13/09. Began in Federal Way according to the broadcast, the victim then followed the suspect reporting his location and vehicle description to dispatchers. Was right up the street when the call came out that the State Patrol would be conducting a felony stop at exit 174, 130th/Roosevelt Way exit from Northbound I-5. Was in the area and thought I'd check it out in case the suspect tried to run or fight. With 15 cop cars in the distance, I think he thought it best to just surrender. Sorry for the poor quality, camera phone was all I had at the time. Messed up traffic pretty good, too :)
