I would like introduce Adia C., who lives at the Silverstone Adult Family Home in Kirkland. She will be a 100 in May, yet crochets and knits beautiful blankets that she donates to charities. Although a little hard of hearing, she is warm, friendly, and a positive person. She even taught my friends' teenage daughter to crochet. I know that Ms. C. is well liked at the Home.

Thanks for sharing, I'm glad she's doing nice stuff for others while keeping her mind active during her golden years.

What a wonderful tribute to Mrs. C. -- and what an honor for the teen to pair up with her. That's time she'll remember all of her life. Great story. Thanks for sharing!

What a wonderful story! People like her are very special. My grandmother is 90 and I hope the same goes for her!
