Hello again:
Well it is 2009 and we still have snow. Although it has melted a lot because of the heavy rains it still is sticking around. We have about ten inches that is now frozen because of the beautiful last few days.
Here our dog Truffles walks on top and fells like he is the king of the mountain. This winter has sure been a trial. Many places below had all the flooding. Even though we escaped the major flooding this time, all the snow and the mud slides cause quite a lot of problems for us here in Concrete. But we have a firm foundation! (get it? Concrete, firm foundation!)
Anyway, I have just heard that the slide above Concrete is now passable and that is good news.
