When we crossed the Woods Creek bridge in Monroe, WA yesterday morning 1/8/09 we noticed that the Monroe's Motel next to Woods Creek where Old Owen road crosses Woods Creek we notice that the creek has spilled over its banks and had flooded the Motel and trailers. Also a house across the stree from the Motel was also surrounded by water and a young man was stopping traffic so 3 trucks could be moved from the flooding area.
