In an attempt to check on some friends' house, I found the road there totally inundated by rising flood waters Thursday afternoon. About a mile south of Stanwood WA, along the Pioneer Highway, Miller Road is more of a boat ramp than thoroughfare. Swift currents carried logs by as the usually green Stilliguamish valley becomes more of a bay...
