Duvall is cut off from the rest off Seattle by the Snoqualmie River. The last bridge to close was the Woodinville-Duvall Rd. It seemed to turn into what people called a "Flood Fest" on the bridge, as people were socializing everywhere, unable to go to work, or anywhere else for that matter--Hwy 203 was closed both to the North and South, 124th Street closed earlier, and this video shows the water still rising...
