We live off of Hillis Rd and Hwy 530 (NE Arlington). My husband and I went out to take pictures of the flooding. The flooded fields in the pictures are part of his cousin's land. These pictures are just east of the "Cicero" bridge which is 13 miles NE of Arlington on Hwy 530.
