I am stuck at home today because the Cedar River has flooded over Lower Dorre Don, the only road out of this area.
There is a run off stream that runs past my house. It has flooded and broke through and created its own path to meet up with the Cedar River over the street. The street is blocked from both sides of my house. I have never seen it this bad in the 5 years I have lived here.
There is a lof of sandbagging going on and a lot of water.
