This is the parking area off to the side of our apartments in Elma. The water level has risen drastically in the last 2 hours. The storm last year cut us off from everywhere else, but this year we are worried about actually having water enter our building. We are on somewhat higher ground in Elma, but this looks bad. Unless we lose power, I will try to post another update in a few hours. Oh, and last year, we didn't even lose power, much less worry about losing property.
