Moments before the snow and wind picked up again on Saturday afternoon, many people were taking care of last-minute Santa visits and holiday shopping at Redmond Town Center. Around 4pm the weather worsened quickly, forcing shoppers to leave the stores and attempt a slow and treacherous drive home on slippery roads.
