Early this afternoon a block from where 40th Street intersects with W. Lake Sammamish, a semi truck with two trailers jack-knifed while traversing a moderate incline. Within a half hour the Redmond City street crew responded with a snow truck, sand, and the police force. It's slow going as the street crew and police are still working to free the vehicle. There were no injuries to people or property.
