Its a calm Wednesday morning. With snow in the air and peaceful thoughts of holidays to come, all expectations were exceeded when this winter storm blew in. "Winter Wonderland," and, "White Christmas," were constant remarks made from passers-by, and no one knew how much more was to come. The snow continued to pile; six, seven, even eight inches fell. The people of Camano Island found ways of enjoying the wonderous powder. The trees were covered, the birds hungry, the houses all cozy inside. And still, the people of Camano Island were content with the goings-on.
