I was out of my office taking a break and saw that a piece had fallen. Went over camera phone in hand and got this picture. A man standing there said an SUV hit the railing causing it to fall then the driver took off. It is about a 15 foot section that fell about 30+ feet.

They arent going to repair that viaduct until something tragic happens (like that bridge that fell on the East Coast).
