Starbucks doesn't use plastic to-go cups here in Seattle. I can't see the video so I can't see what this person is supposed to be talking about. If you have a problem with something Starucks is doing, go tell them. Why did you post here?

All recycling does is give you a false sense of satisfaction. It is no solution at all, as even if 100% recycling is a reality, it costs FAR too much power. Reusing eliminates the need to recycle at all. Starbucks supports this. People decide.
