Hello my name is Irene Ayala. I am trying to get help out a Friend of mine because she has an ill son who has a very rare disease. I am wondering if you will please help spread the word about helping out and donating to this young boy and his family. Below will be the information about his disease called Esophagitis Esophagitis.
