Humming bird Heaven

We have put out two humming bird feeders which has turned into a full time job. At least three times a day we have to refill each feeder. The smaller feeder sometimes four times a day. As soon as the sun (?) comes up they are there and only after the sun goes down do they leave for the day. We have counted about 25 individuals birds. The extra work us worth it. They are a joy to watch and get upset when a feeder is removed to refill. They actually swarm around my head waiting. When a feeder becomes empty they fly up to the window as if to demand that we refill the feeder. I can stand within inches of the feeders while they dip into the sugar water and are not bothered by my presence
We really enjoy having them around

I have never seen hummingbirds before, but I visited Swadener's hummingbird heaven yesterday and truly was amazed. They are truly delicate and graceful.

I'm suprised your birds seem to share. The ones at my house are very territorial. Maybe yours are a family.
