The holidays are upon us here at Lea Hill Elementary School in Auburn, Washington. Our school families and community are preparing for the annual "Lea Hill PTA Giving Tree." There are so many of our families in need this year and I am so afraid that we will be unable to help all of the them. We have many families with 4-5 kids and many of these kids need basic things such as jackets, pj's, underwear and shoes. I have written to our local stores and have only received (1) $25.00 dollar gift card. This will not go far when we have 50-70 kids that need our help this holiday. This is a small school in a Auburn. We have a free and reduced rate of 55% of our student population. Please, please help us find a way to get these basic items for our students. Thank you!
