2 trees from neighbors yard landed on my truck and totaled it. Insurance doesnt want to pay or homeowners either.Hope neighbor will do the right thing.

In most States this is known as an Act of God. How is the neighbor responsible? Shouldn't the truck owner have considered the possibility of parking under large trees as being a hazard?

Take accountability for trees on you own property. They are nice to look at. on the other hand, what goes up must come down. You leave them up your responsible when they come down!!!!
