That was quick.

Just days after Florida politicians raised questions about Jay-Z and Beyonce's recent anniversary trip to Havana, the rapper has released a song addressing the controversy.

Titled "Open Letter," the song addressed critics who assumed he'd traveled to the embargoed country without proper clearance (the couple had a permit to make the trip). It also touches on Jay's recent frustration regarding his ownership of the Brooklyn Nets, which he recently sold so that he could become a sports agent.

The song is marked with Jay's signature tight rhymes and wordplay, including lines such as  "you gettin' too much bread / They try to jam you / Boy from the 'hood but got White House clearance / Sorry, y'all, I don't agree with your appearance."

Beyonce and Jay-Z will both perform in Philidelphia this summer at the Budweiser Made In America festival that Jay curated and created.
