Former Playboy Playmate and "Dancing With The Stars" contestant Holly Madison gave birth to a baby girl last week -- but what's really got people talking is the, um, colorful name she selected. Madison named her daughter "Rainbow." And in a new post on her CeleBuzz blog, she makes it clear that your opinion of the name really doesn't matter.

"There are a lot of smug haters out there who bag on my choice of a name, but I don’t care about what they think," Madison writes, "I want my daughter to be proud of who she is and learn to speak up and stand up for herself at a young age."

Madison writes about a girl she knew in school named Rainbow, noting that she was envious of the classmate's unique name.

"I spent most of my life being a people-pleaser who worried about what other people thought or thought was cool and I don’t want that for [my daughter]," notes Madison.
