After last week saw the dramatic departure of fan favorite Dorothy Hamill, as well as news that "Bachelor" Sean Lowe and his bride-to-be are on the rocks as a result of the show, week three of "Dancing With The Stars" was met with much anticipation. And indeed, the prom-themed night didn't disappoint -- but it was Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones and singer Wynonna Judd clumsy performance that had the most fans talking.
"American Idol" alum Kellie Pickler, who has dazzled with her previous two performances, continued to impress the judges with a sharp, high-energy routine to "Footloose."
Judge Carrie Ann Inaba called the performance "ridiculously amazing." It was the first time Pickler managed to outscore Disney star Zendaya, who came in just one point below her this week.
Despite rumors that Lowe and fiancee Catherine Giudici have been arguing about Lowe's involvement with the show, Giudici was present in the audience.
All eyes were on Jacoby Jones as he took the stage -- shirtless -- for a rumba performance that marked a turn in his attitude. The performance, to Rihanna's "Stay" was unusually sexy and serious for Jones, which seemed to work for the judges, and definitely pleased the fans.
After stumbling last week, boxer Victor Ortiz managed to get back on the good graces of the judges with a surprisingly on-point contemporary number.
Wynonna Judd, however, didn't fair as well, prompting the judges to don horrified looks and even, at one point, compare her to Mount Rushmore. Ouch.
D.L. Hughley continued to struggle, leading to speculation that, once again, he'll be in the bottom two.
Tonight's elimination episode is likely to be just as entertaining as last night's Prom Night -- Huey Lewis and the News and Demi Lovato are both scheduled to perform.
